Water Activated Tape – Pipe Leak Repair, IMPA 812361

This tape stops pipe leaks that corrosion or other problems cause. It consists of knitted fibreglass cloth with a polyurethane resin coating. Dip it in water for 5 seconds and it changes from a wet adhesive to a rigid plastic within minutes. It then bonds to steel, iron, copper, PVC and fibreglass pipe.
